The final stage of this environmentally sensitive project included a larger wine shop, executive offices and 10 unit boutique hotel, in addition to successfully converting the fire suppression water supply reservoir into a swimming pool.

Cannery Brewing

In 2014, Greyback began the construction of the new Cannery Brewing Company production facility. The Cannery Brewing Company outgrew their original space and relocated to a property where they could expand their business, in the downtown core.

Culmina Family Estate Winery

Drawing inspiration from the tradition of wooden barn buildings in the Okanagan, this winery celebrates the history of local farms by reviving this approach to building: simple, light, inexpensive and constructed of locally produced materials.

Wild Goose Winery

Expansion of the winery is now complete: a two-storey 1800 sq ft addition including a Wine Shop, new tasting room, private function room, kitchen facilities, staff room, 65 seat deck area, barrel room and lab.

Black Hills Winery

At the winery, Greyback built a 4000 sq ft barrel storage building of precast walls and structural steel roof which is joined to the existing winery by a new breezeway.

We put our team of Concrete Specialists to work building a small specialized white wine facility on the winemakers' farm located on the Naramata Bench.

In 2009, Greyback completed construction of the new Therapy winery, quadrupling the size of the previous winery to 7,500 sq ft and expanding production capacity from from 10,000 cases up to 15,000.
