APPRENTICESHIP

Greyback Construction Ltd. indentures up to 20 apprentice carpenters at any given time. We fully support and encourage our employees in their apprenticeship studies. Eligible are apprentices and prospective apprentices who have been with our company for at least six months, and who are recommended by their supervisors. We welcome quality employees who are looking to further their training by pursuing their Journeyman ticket and want to help them achieve their goals.

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

At Greyback Construction Ltd., we value all members of our staff and want to encourage long-term, loyal relationships with employees at all levels. We have clearly defined Human Resources policies in place in order to ensure that all of our employees are treated fairly and equally. We currently offer BC Medical, extended health & dental benefits, apprentice sponsorships, living allowances for work at remote jobsites and vacation pay to all eligible employees. In order to satisfy the growing needs of Greyback’s workforce, an employee pension plan, or deferred profit sharing plan (DPSP), has recently been implemented.
