The final stage of this environmentally sensitive project included a larger wine shop, executive offices and 10 unit boutique hotel, in addition to successfully converting the fire suppression water supply reservoir into a swimming pool.

The unique design incorporates a geothermal and solar system which is hooked up to the pool and funnels any excess heat into it.
