Greyback Construction Ltd. has a strong history of cooperation and collaboration with government agencies with experience in construction of libraries, schools, health centers and assisted living homes.
An industry leader, Greyback successfully builds quality institutional projects, focusing primarily on the Okangan Valley, but diversifying thoughout the province.
Greyback is proud to have been involved in providing Construction Management Services to complete the preservation and restoration of The Shatford, one of Penticton's finest heritage buildings, built in 1921.
In 2011 Greyback was awarded the contract to construct a new RCMP Detachment, responding to the needs of increased policing requirements in Golden and surrounding areas. The existing building had been in use since 1977.
Greyback broke ground in April of 2018, to begin the construction of the new three-storey Canyon Falls Middle School in the Upper Mission area of Kelowna, BC. The school was built to address the issue of over-crowding in educational facilities in this region.
